Skunks are interesting, cute and very useful creatures and if one sprays yer houn dog youll be cussing the varmint that done it.
I prefer skunks to come and do what they do and then go back to BLM. They eat yellow jacket nests in the ground as though they were hired to do it. We encourage them by putting a piece of bread and peanut butter on the nest at night.
That’s nuthin. We had one come into the back room one night. Woke the dogs who jumped up which of course made him instantly spray the wall. Missed the dogs. What an unholy mess. Skunks will also prey on motherhood. Same as possums and raccoons. Varmints all.
