Mine: Your current wishlist, which curiously downplays your consistent adversarial objectives and instead stresses spreading hope, has been progressing for some time, performed by those with suitable skills and pursued by people in the forum who choose to research or read our threads. It's habbening, 'caged' or not.
Can you 'let' those currently serving important roles do so without disrupting this thread with unprovoked criticism and continued requests for support/sympathy (e.g., threat to leave FR for a break)? If your goals lay in the forum, can you go there and perform them?

He’s FR’s worst troll. Change was needed.
More people will see him coming now.
He will do less damage and have more
trouble recruiting other trolls.
Mods are monitoring, making fewer mistakes, even if some may be unhappy.
And nobody even got timed out.
I make mistakes, but I think my responses have been reasoned.
I neither let, nor prevent anyone here from doing or not doing as they please.
From where I sit, I see much offense taken where none was intended, except towards HG’s trolling. I bless everyone’s efforts here, including yours.
When suggestions were flying for people to leave, I spoke up in opposition and horror.
I’m suggesting we have reached a new stage in the storm and the awakening,
and some consideration of tactics going forward are in order.
You wrote a wonderful page about my efforts at the top of one of your threads,
once.
I still treasure it. It’s reason #17 why I still ask questions.
