You can’t judge the experiences of other ppl. Maybe they were harmed by a minority in the past, which could explain why they avoid said minority. If he wants to leave a store where minorities are employed, that’s his prerogative and you can’t judge him for it. As long as he doesn’t harm the other ppl or cause a scene or insult them, it’s nobody’s business.
