There is no possible way she could actually know that it is a lie.

In our current system, I fully expect Merrick Garland to indict Donald Trump for inciting riots, based solely on his complaints about the raid.

He might. Cheney is just completely gone. She reflexively assume that anything bad about Trump is true, and anything bad about Democrats is false.
