I care about whether the victim will get sued by the aggressor, which is happening increasingly in woke districts. During the "final round", he hit the attacker with a closed fist several times when the guy was already down. I know the other guy started it, but just "accidentally" kneeing the guy in the nuts would have made the victim seem less like the aggressor, while causing the attacker to assume the fetal position and cry for his mommy.
