Videos from the scene show a group of people apparently fighting in the middle of Jeffery Boulevard. A car speeds down the wrong side of the road, then appears to steer slightly to avoid one group of people before plowing into the second group. The driver did not stop.

A while couple from Florida was killed in front of their kids when they stopped in the wrong part of Baton Rouge to get gasoline. Killed by a black couple. No one saw anything.

After viewing the street level and view from above tapes, I could see how the driver might have thought he was being blocked. There’s a car to his right, and the fighters, if it wasn’t really a setup, filled the available drive in lane.
The other thing... he could have honked and hit them at 10 or 15 miles per hour. It looks like he floored and was going maybe 35 as he blasted through

This appears to be ferals killing ferals...it’s what they do.
Ripped at least one leg off. Maybe two. Not sure. Had to go barf after watching it a couple of times and realizing what I was seeing.
The sound of bowling pins being struck came to mind.

Soon there will be background check requirements for all drivers in order to drive a car.

The thing about being old, instead of a 30-50 y/o, is that you don’t care if people know your age. I’ll be 80, 8/22/02.
