I keep hearing that even though President Trump declassified the documents, Biden re-classified them the day he became _resident.
If I recall correctly, one of the defenses that Hitlery Rotten Clinton used was that the documents she had on her illegal server weren’t marked as classified at the time, and that only happened later.
That should also apply to Trump. Right?
Even if Biden did that, he was required to notify Trump that he did so.
