No...the mules obviously did not want to use mailboxes, that we know of...hhhmmm...wonder if anyone has checked some mailboxes in same way as drop boxes?
The point is you don’t need mules in the first place. The non-profits could find lots of ways to get ballots into the mail with no one monitoring.
This whole mule thing is way over engineered and totally unnecessary.
