You can get killed by flying debris or falling objects (like a tree) during any high wind storm. You just never expect such a thing to happen in an empty, open area like a beach. Some soldiers from Fort Benning recently got killed in the Georgia mountains by a falling tree during a storm.
A Step this way or that way and the object misses.. time she started her walk etc..
