Merrick Garland "will not stand" for attacks on the integrity of Biden’s DOJ and FBI! But just one question—what the heck happened to the rule of law?
As the Attorney General turns the FBI into his personal political tool and raids Trump’s Mar-a-Lago, Senator Ted Cruz joins Michael Knowles to break down the consequences of this completely unprecedented move, including what it means for 2024, and expose the utter double-standard the Left is operating under. And speaking of weaponizing the federal government, Dems vote to double (yes, DOUBLE) the size of the IRS… to process our tax returns faster? Certainly not.
The Biden Administration is out for blood, and this is simply their next move.

The IRS is getting funding for 87,000 new agents who will be armed and willing to use lethal force if necessary. They will be mostly bi-lingual female obese motor-mouthed Aztecans with black hair pulled back tightly against the skull with a knot on top. And they will be coming for YOU. They are already in the workforce. And boy howdy you don’t mess with them.
So, setting historic precedent against a sitting or former President, a politicized DOJ, during the course of negotiating the return of some documents involving a dispute whether Trump properly declassified the documents before he stored them in his basement, applies for a search warrant to collect “confidential” documents at a President’s residence, and sparks a little drama to ignite some false outrage among the Dem partisan faithful. The substantive reality behind all the bluster is Trump may or may have not have missed a procedural step in declassifying them, which he could do unilaterally, just before he left office and took them to his residence. There would be no case if he had done so. He left his flank open and hardball Dem politics took over. Does anyone truly believe that if Trump was a former Democrat President that Garland would be pursuing this. Throw in the usual phony no one is above the law (other than Hillary Clinton and the upper management of the FBI) narrative to raise the dispute negotiating a return of some documents to the level of a purported crime and one would think Trump stole more than $950 of merchandise from Walgreen’s.

Department of Justus. Love that one. Whoever coined that is cool.
According to Fox New’s Eric Shawn and not only the NYT but Merrick Garland said it, OMG!, so it must be true.

That’s like saying the rape victim may or may not have been wearing too short of a dress.
President Trump did what he was required to do. His subordinates refused to complete the official process. This process is meant to protect the president from making an error, not give his subordinates veto power over his executive decisions.
President Trump has been the victim of many crimes and criminal conspiracies since choosing to run for president. All of the investigations of these crimes have been directed at trying to find him guilty of something... anything.
He is a law-abiding patriot who hasn’t gone along with the theft of our nation. That’s his only crime. They must take him down lest he embolden more criminals like him (i.e. us).
