Garland's Weak Presentation

BILL'S MESSAGE OF THE DAY Garland's Weak Presentation By: Bill O'ReillyAugust 12, 2022 Archive Archive Comment Comment Email Email Print Print Share on Facebook Share on Twitter The weak presentation by Attorney General Garland on Thursday and the stonewall testimony by FBI director Christopher Wray last week should disturb every American. It is clear the Justice Department is being run by men who are not exactly profiles in courage.

I don't know if Donald Trump did anything wrong concerning classified documents, but I do know the matter is being handled in a way that is damaging America.

Overseas, our enemies are mocking us as they see the weakness of President Biden spreading to a key federal agency. Based on Garland's shaky demeanor at the podium, it is likely there is panic inside his office, and our adversaries know it.

But the bigger picture inside the USA is this: Biden's key department heads are all incompetent. Buttigieg in Transportation is presiding over the airline collapse, Mayorkas in Homeland Security is responsible for the southern border debacle, and now Justice seems to be in disarray under frightened Garland Merrick.

Astute and honest leadership is desperately needed in this country. But that is not going to happen as long as Joe Biden is president.

But...but...but... When Bonzo wanted to put Garland on the SCOTUS, the far left and their toads in the “mainstream media” assured us that Garland was the son of Jesus. He could even walk on water.

So, in a historical first against a sitting or former President, a politicized DOJ, during the course of a dispute over whether Trump properly declassified some documents before he tossed them in his basement, applies for a search warrant to collect “confidential” documents at a President’s residence, to spark a little drama and ignite some false outrage among the Dem partisan faithful. The substantive reality behind all the bluster is Trump may have missed a procedural step in declassifying them which he was unilaterally permitted to do just before he left office and took them to his residence in which case there would be no case if he had done so. He left his flank open and hardball Dem politics took over. Does anyone truly believe that if Trump was a former Democrat President that Garland would be pursuing this. Throw in the usual no one is above the law (other than Hillary Clinton and the upper management of the FBI) narrative to raise the dispute over a procedural step to the level of a purported crime and one would think Trump stole more than $950 of merchandise from Walgreen’s.

Don’t expect a report on the Mar-a-Lago raid anytime soon. The FBI-CIA report, “Arizona: Long Range Nexus for Islamic Extremists,” has yet to be exhibited though twenty years have passed. The intelligence agencies are really loathe to produce reports which demonstrate they have f’d-up.

not exactly profiles in courage.....

I think that’s just part of it. It’s a group of people that have ALWAYS got away with anything they’ve done. People that have lived in a secure bubble their whole lives. All one has to do is look at their histories and backgrounds. All from the same places, schools, clubs, jobs, etc. They know that they have a media that will do everything in its power to protect them and bury all the underhanded stuff they do, as they have been doing for years.

For me, everything we’re seeing now and during the Seotero days, is nothing more than life imitating art. DC is Panem. NYC, SanFran, LA, Chicago, Boston, Austin, Atlanta, Houston, Seattle and Oregon are just satellites of it. While ANTIFA/BLM rioted in those cities, it’s interesting they rarely, if ever, go to certain areas. When they did, ie Seattle mayor, the cops were quick to respond.

However, I will give them props for showing up the home of Portland’s mayor and running him out of there. As for feeling sorry for his neighbors, they voted for him, I’m glad they had to endure the suck.

On top of all of that, their desperation in getting rid of Pres Trump is causing them to become unhinged. They thought their hearings would change peoples minds. They only emboldened more.

The man still draws 1000s when he shows up. Their folks can barely get the press to show up.

And their blatant hypocrisy, thanks to alternative media outlets, is on display to the world every time they try and do or say something.

The digital/information age and information contained in it can be a real bitch sometimes.

He left his flank open

I don’t even think he did that. I’m thinking he found out he had a snitch in his midst.

They went right to the safe. Dry hole. So, they started tossing the house. Bad move and one that shows their desperation.

If they were told that the “info” they wanted was in that safe, being in a SCIF, means that there are only a handful of folks that would have access and the knowledge of it being there. Could be a staffer. Could be the Secret Service.

Could be that someone close to him has found themselves hemmed up in something else...gambling, drugs, etc...and the FBI used that against them. I think time will tell. Especially, from what I read, that the FBI doesn’t want to give up their source.

I mean, it’s not like Pres Trump is Gotti and they’ll take out the persons family or dump them in a vat of acid like the Cartels do.

Just wait til the entire debacle in Michigan and Whitmer’s “kidnapping” comes to a close. Good Lord what a disaster they made up there.

As a Harvard PhD alumnus, I am deeply ashamed of Merrick Garland (Harvard A.B. 1974, J.D. 1977), whom Harvard even honored at its most recent Commencement!!!! Since Garland did not take an honorary degree, Harvard does not have to withdraw such a degree as I said in an earlier post!

Garland—dishonest and corrupt to the extreme!!!!

Well duh.

With an incapacitated president, it’s a free-for-all in government agencies. Obvious too is weak leadership in these offices.

Whomever is in charge can do what they want unimpeded.

However there is a problem. US!
