SAY WHAT? Obama Took 30 Million Documents From White House…FBI Never Raided Any of His Mansions

Democrats are defending the unprecedented raid on Trump’s home. They claim President Trump “violated” the law by taking documents with him from the White House. Can Democrats explain why they didn’t do this to Obama—even though he took millions of documents with him?

Will they break into Obama’s “mansion” in Martha’s Vineyard?”

When Barack Obama left office, he took 30 million pages of documents with him.

The New York Post’s James Bovard recently chronicled the numerous flagrant violations of the Public Records Act by the Obama administration, including now-president Joe Biden himself.

At the end of his presidency, Barack Obama trucked 30 million pages of his administration’s records to Chicago, promising to digitize them and eventually put them online — a move that outraged historians.

More than five years after Obama’s presidency ended, the National Archives webpage reveals that zero pages have been digitized and disclosed. People can file requests via the Freedom of Information Act (a law Obama helped wreck) to access Obama records, but responses from presidential libraries can be delayed for years, even more than a decade, if the information is classified.

President Donald Trump posted on TRUTH Social on Thursday to point out the blatant hypocrisy in his treatment compared to former President Barack Obama:

“At the end of his presidency, Barack Obama trucked 30 million pages of his administration’s records to Chicago, promising to digitize them and eventually put them online — a move that outraged historians. More than five years after Obama’s presidency ended, the National Archives webpage reveals that zero pages have been digitized and disclosed.”

Unlike the recent raid on President Trump, the FBI did not think it was necessary to raid Obama’s home or office.

Obama claimed he was allowed to take the documents citing the very law Democrats are saying Trump broke.

Obama promised he’d “digitize” the files and make them available to the National Archives.

However, over five years since he left office, none of the files he took are available online.

Despite all this, the FBI did not think it was necessary to raid Obama’s home or office. But unfortunately, it seems when it comes to President Trump, the case is not-so-clear.

The FBI raid at President Trump’s home, Mar-a-Lago, was put “under siege” by FBI agents and reportedly occurred over overdue documents allegedly kept there by President Trump.

The FBI and DOJ were aware of these documents and fine with President Trump’s possession of them so long as he complied with the increased security required–which he did.

President Trump’s statement on Truth Social, August 10th

Unless the feds can reveal proof of far more severe Trump crimes, Monday’s raid was one of the most prominent outrages in recent law-enforcement history. Even New York’s former Gov. Andrew Cuomo posted on Twitter:

“DOJ must immediately explain the reason for its raid & it must be more than a search for inconsequential archives, or it will be viewed as a political tactic and undermine any future credible investigation.”

DOJ must immediately explain the reason for its raid & it must be more than a search for inconsequential archives or it will be viewed as a political tactic and undermine any future credible investigation & legitimacy of January 6 investigations.

— Andrew Cuomo (@andrewcuomo) August 9, 2022

Even former Democratic presidential candidate Andrew Yang expressed severe concern about the raid’s profound implications on Twitter:

“I’m no Trump fan. I want him as far away from the White House as possible,” Yang said. “But a fundamental part of his appeal has been that it’s him against a corrupt government establishment. This raid strengthens that case for millions of Americans who will see this as unjust persecution.”

“It seems like this was authorized by a local judge and a particular FBI office without buy-in or notification of higher levels of government,” Yang claimed. “But literally no one will believe that or make a distinction. It’s probably bureaucratic but it seems political.”

Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) also shared the article on Twitter:

Before Twitter suspended Investigative journalist Paul Sperry, he noted the Spygate connection:

SARCASM: If Presidential documents must be appropriately preserved…. will the FBI be coming after Nancy Pelosi next?

Pelosi: "Presidential documents must be preserved. Also Pelsoi: https://t.co/JdpIdYW6wV America KNOWS the Trump raid from the FBI isn't about some lame document. Bet the FBI plant something in them next. They did fake Whitmer's *kidnapping* after all and was in the Jan 6 crowd.

Pelosi: "Presidential documents must be preserved

So then if a Presidential document is destroyed and not preserved would that person be guilty of a crime?

This is Obama’s banana republic. He’s the 3rd world Mugabe in this mix. I have no love for Brandon, but he isn’t steering the ship of state by virtue of mental incompetency.

It is amazing how fast the press, big tech, and internet search engines collaborated to “fact check” this as “baseless.” The most ludicrous justification is that these millions of documents was under the control of the National Archives in the Chicago warehouse for Obama’s presidential library. All have been deemed “not classified” by someone and will all be returned once all 33 million documents have been digitized and put on line for all to see. So OBVIOUSLY it’s totally different when Obama does it.

Obama also did not make enemies with the Deep State by going against their cherished projects and questioning deeply held bipartisan assumptions.

The PURPOSE of the raid was to gaslight low-information/low-IQ voters that Trump is a “criminal.”

They KNEW going in nothing was there.

It’s all kabuki theater for the deceived.

It really doesn’t matter of course but once again the DJT Presidency was amatuer hour for the thinghs that matter Inside the Beltway and in the DC-Boston intellectual axis. Obama had a Obama Foundation already put in place by competent cousel before setting foot in the White Hous. As his staff was organizing the BHO Presidential Library the National Archives and Recors Service already had a special Obama cell set up in the permanent NARS echelon in the Executive Office Building. Masses of doucumentation on what ever media were scanned for copying and inclusion in the BHO Library and the appropriate classification and (all important) originators control instructions attached. Over time, not just in the last weeks of the Obama Presidency these documents were shipped to a secure storage facility whose sole purpose was storing Obama documents and it was run and controlled by profession US Govt document storage and control and security personnel. All done according to USG regs and public law.

While DJT was actually doing highly substantive things there was virtually no one to do all the covering missions that the permanent government considers more important that actually doing anything. Many Trump actions are skimpily or poorly documented, if documented at all. Trump had no idea how the USG operated and thought it was roughly like how his business organization was run with documenting emphasis on contractual agreements and IRS and state and local tax records. Not surprising as Trump had zero real exposure to how government operates as well as (very sadly) the socalled professional non political civil service agencies mindset was to do nothing helpful or even to function in the normal manner without detailed direction and control from a White House that was pretty clueless (think Steve Bannon) as to what they had to do.

If DOJ and NARS works closely enough they are sure to be able to build a case for technical violations (no matter how inconsequential)both of fed regs and some Public Law by the Trump Whitehouse

“NARA said they are in control of the Obama documents at their facility in Chicago and any classified documents are under their control at a secure facility in the DC area.

So, Trump is spinning tales about this.”

As usual.

Left this out:

SO it doesn’t matter if BHO had 100M documents removed from the White House. You can bet they all were done per regulation and Public La and those that are supposed to never have existed were effectively sent to a very high security private storage facility and all record of their existence expunged. This is the same as was done for FDR who invented the ‘presidential library scam’, Harry Truman, Dwight Eisenhower, and LBJ. Due to the Kennedy assassination the records of his presidency and of RFK are disordered and there is evidence LBJ saw to it significant quantities of Kennedy documents ended up in his private archive at the LBJ Library in Austin.Nixon records are a mess since he was forced out of office and many of his documents were never sent to his library and remain under restricted control by NARS.

Trump was virtually pushed out the back door of the White House and was lucky to have time to put his shoes on. A very sad story that will only be allowed to see partial light of day in 70 years or so when all principles are safely dead.

What were his exact words, “spinning tales?”

Ps: You’re on the wrong site.
