So a Judge that ordered warrant doesn’t get a copy after he signs to preserve chain of command, evidence of what was original warrant?
So he has to go by memory when the FBI tells him “this is what you signed”? All he can say is “Gee, I THINK it’s the one I signed. That looks like my signature. But I’m not 100% positive. Wait! What’s this line about arresting President Trump! Did I sign that?”
When I was in Sales Operations and Contracts, we never trusted that a contract was not tampered with when it was out for digital review and approval. We were always conducting comparisons in MS Word to the version we created and we could track the changes and who made them. This is pretty basic stuff.
