my Vit D level was normal high....I have been taking 6000iu once a day during winter and 4000 during the summer....

I have diabetes and arthritis and its all still there....

but no covid, and not really been sick for a couple of years.

nobody in my household of three adults has been sick and we are not vaxxed....we all take our Vit d.

No probs here. I went thru a stage where the docs were changing my meds constantly..various problems but finally I’m on the mend and not taking as much meds.
