I hope that the lefties have outsmarted themselves by making it easier for Ron DeSantis to run. 45 was great but he needs to step aside for someone younger. As Bracken has said: if Trump runs again, 10 million or so dem voters will come out to vote against him, that might stay home if DeSantis is running.

The author of this article was surprised that it took them this long to find a federal judge willing to grant such a warrant. It's possible that some pink haired lunatic called in a "tip" claiming to have witnessed something illegal at the Trump residence. In that case, a judge could later claim to have signed out of caution, but if such "tips" based on media fantasies became more common, they could keep law enforcement (in this case that term is dubious) chasing ghosts.
