George Gascón didn’t release her to run back to Texas?
What is he thinking?
What the hell was she thinking to be driving like she was!
FTA: there was no evidence Linton was under the influence of alcohol during the time of the crash.
“What the hell was she thinking to be driving like she was!”
She wasn’t she was blind stinking drunk
5?
I think I only saw one, with a significant combination shot on another.
She was mad at her boyfriend.
What about Drunk confuses you?
Drunks do not think, at least not rationally.
People do all sorts of things drunk they never would do sober…
No being drunk doesn’t excuse her from the consequences of her actions, but if expect a drunk person to engage in rational thought, that’s not how it works.
Negligent homicide-didn’t mean it.
She can work her craft in the prison.
Nine million dollar bond is extremely high but well deserved by this Texas women.
Let’s just say, she will be in California for a very long time.
I’m not excusing her, but we all have moments that could put us in this situation if it hadn’t worked out for us.
I’ve learned over the years that the only difference between many of those in prison and us on the outside is that those on the outside made a better choice in that moment of their lives.
Sadly, that is so true.
Point well taken.
No evidence?
Per LA DA Gascon?
Ha! Like we believe that guy.
It’s racism! She’s entitled to kill anyone, even other capital b Blacks, cuz RACISM!
FTA: there was no evidence Linton was under the influence of alcohol during the time of the crash.
Texas drivers are too often crazy drivers.
I think they outlaw turn signals on cars there, too.
“Texas drivers are too often crazy drivers.”
They have nothing on New York drivers
Most of us have the Voice of Consequence in our heads, but some people do not. For those that have that voice in their head, they stop the moment to situation is getting out of control.
Others, and I have worked with hundreds of them, do not have that control and they find themselves is horrible situations very often being locked up in prison.
