had a similar experience in Greece recently also!
It was in Athens and basically, a very similar thing happened. No prices on menu, pushed certain things hard and then gave an enormous bill at the end.
I felt like it was my fault for not knowing 100% what the prices were, and the fact that we were the ONLY people there should of been a hint in hindsight.
Glad I didn’t go to that restaurant when I was in Athens recently.
I never order anything unless I know the the prices and the current exchange rate to the US dollar.
This happens to visitors a lot in Mexico City.
