Supposedly Trump declassified these boxes of information before he left office, but his legal counsel may not have filed all the proper paperwork.. again probably a gray area.. that should have just been handled. Instead of raiding his house….
Kash Patel reported on this back in may —— “The White House counsel failed to generate the paperwork to change the classification markings, but that doesn’t mean the information wasn’t declassified,” Patel said. “I was there with President Trump when he said ‘We are declassifying this information.’”
The FBI can manufacture anything necessary for an indictment of DJT.
If that is true, then it’s another example of Trump having incompetent legal help around him.
