60 Vehicles Buried, 1,000 Trapped At Death Valley - Videos from The Weather Channel (1 minute VIDEO)
Well, duh! Look at the name.
That’s why they call it a tourist trap.
Wow, Death Valley is dangerous for more reasons, than the stifling heat and blazing sunshine.

Talk about an overhyped headline. Those vehicles are not buried. They are just stuck in muck and mud.
Anyone caught in the water electrocuted by batteries zapping them?
Who goes to Death Valley in August?
Yah that's true. Lack of finger control on your keyboard is a close second.
Great place to drop off the wife or mother in law you don’t care for.
Either that or Circus Circus.
For a minute I thought that 60 cars had been buried. Glad to hear that’s not true.
and NOBODY to sue...
“They are just stuck in muck and mud.”

What? No mention of globull warming as the cause from the Weather Xhannel.
Scotty’s castle is a fun place to visit there.
Why would anybody go to Death Valley in the summer? It’s named that for a reason.
European tourists. I once stayed overnight there in the month of June, and most of those at the hotel were tourists from German-speaking countries.
It’s weird. I cannot understand people who crave this type of heat, but they’re out there. I became acquainted with a few people from Los Angeles and they loved 110 degree temps.
Saying that, I’m in Texas. But I don’t like the heat. Live for Springs and Falls.
