Not all Latinos are “brown.” For centuries, Latin America was ruled by white guys—Spaniards, Portuguese, and Frenchmen. In the nineteenth and twentieth centuries, thousands of immigrants from Italy, Germany, England, Wales and other European countries also came to Latin America as did adventurers, Confederate sympathizers, Mormons, drifting cowboys, and others from the US.
Pretty much every Mexican President, including AMLO, has been lily-White.
