Covid may have been a blessing in disguise, at some level..
Parents started noticing what was actually taught in schools, instead of blithlely assuming their schools had the best interests of children in mind.
Depending on the region here……Buncombe County ( includes progressive Asheville) to say, Macon County …..you will, I think, find a vast difference…..
There are folks on FR a lot more knowledgeable than I about NC….
…but I know, especially in the small mountain towns scattered throughout WNC ( where there are literally churches saturating the region ( mostly Baptist)
….these parents, made aware, will fight for their children!
And this is also MAGA country!
