Agreed, and once demographics shift enough, Democrats will go for a “Night of the Broken Glass” type event against whites, especially those who are Christians.
That is why segregation won’t be eliminated; many people (of various races) won’t expose their homes/families and/or businesses to “black rage”. It simply isn’t secure enough to invest in certain areas, and that won’t change - especially after people watched cops “stand down” and tear certain places up.
