Me neither. I know of Rick Bayless, who also specializes in Mexican cuisine. He has a show about it on PBS. Surprised it hasn’t been canceled yet by the woke operators there.
Who pays attention to these wokesters? I’m sure nobody in Mexico cares. I’ve had great cuisine in Europe and Mexico. I’m up for trying different foods. People love it when you like their food.
