The fascists needed something to replace covid: the public was getting tired of covid and not buying the lies any more. So they took something that could not affect the general public, and which had a scary name, and promoted it to the level of the latest scary thing.
And M-word pox will give them an excuse to clamp down on the general public again, and to take away more of our rights.
