Have them sign every ballot and discard the signatures only after a clear winner is declared. Since when does the left care about privacy?
Every rejected ballot-keep as evidence. I would even fingerprint them like they do in Iraq.
Get rid of voting machines, do paper ballots
FEDERAL LAW already requires retention of all ballots & voting records for 22 months.
Colorado & other states deleted everything.
