Griner has previously kneeled for the National Anthem and demanded the WNBA remove American flags from basketball arenas
Wouldn't matter if she was the greatest American patriot who ever lived - she went to another country and violated that country's laws. Her decision, and now she can face the music. I don't appreciate our senile president offering to free imprisoned criminals from Russia to get Griner out of a Russian prison.
