“Vote NO if you want abortion to be unregulated whatsoever in Kansas.”
Well, what took the rest of us by surprise is that 60% of KS voters allegedly want unfettered abortion in their state and a make-believe right to abortion in their state constitution. Outcome seems counter-intuitive for a state with a GOP super-majority in the legislature. But I guess the Planned Barrenhood propaganda machine and its allies were very effective in the campaign?

The DNC focused on this particular election because it was the first such vote since Roe v. Wade was overturned.
It had nothing to do with Kansas.

You are exactly correct on everything you said.
One of the leaders of the state pro-life movement issued a statement on Wednesday, revealing they (the sponsors of the proposed amendment) had been polling all summer. Prior to the Dobbs decision, YES was running well ahead. After Dobbs, the numbers started shifting, getting much closer. Yet, the pro-life insiders still on Tuesday morning were expecting a close victory.
What happened shocked everyone. The left was very effective and creating hysteria and mobilizing their forces, aided and abetted by the media, as usual.
