Funny, I don’t see the IRS going after the Biden crime family.
“tax collector car”
These should make nice bonfires
.
They already destroyed thousands of small businesses with the lockdowns.
Now, they will destroy more with the IRS during an inflationary triggered recession.
There is zero doubt this is being done to collapse the economy leaving only the big, Democrat businesses (Walmart, Amazon) standing.
“The way to crush the bourgeoisie is to grind them between the millstones of taxation and inflation.” -Vladimir Ilich Lenin
People should pay their taxes.
Now I understand why the irs has been buying weapons of war and ammo by the millions . They have a plan . Lois Lerner would be proud .
IRS = American Gestapo
Things are about to become REALLY difficult.
This is why, when I purchased my “bug out” property in Kentucky back in 2008 (and moved there permanently in 2011), my retirement goal was not to have a large retirement income, but to have a low cost of living. That meant owning the property free and clear, no debt and having no “taxable” income.
That is where we are now. They can pound sand.
Our loss of freedoms will come from an innocently named agency, the Internal Revenue Service. “Service!” Just how do they serve us? It’s the bureau of punishing productivity and rewarding indolence, the bureau of confiscating money earned legitimately by the sweat of one’s brow and redistributing it to those who laugh at work.
They always hide what they’re doing behind a nice sounding name. They can’t fool me, but a shallow public is easily fooled by their tactics.
I'm getting close to retirement, so I'm moving some of my savings to places where I can use what I have I earned and already paid taxes on to earn interest. For example on line banks have some decent CD rates now. Always wondering if the IRS will be harassing me to prove where all this money I'm moving has come from.
Spurious Lenin “quote”.
There's never been anything stopping the states from repealing the 16th (direct taxes) and 17th (citizen power to vote for federal senators) Amendments (16&17A), except for inexcusably widespread ignorance of the federal government's constitutionally limited powers as the delegates to the Constitutional Convention had intended for those powers to be understood.
"Congress is not empowered to tax for those purposes which are within the exclusive province of the States." —Justice John Marshall, Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.
The congressional record shows that Rep. John Bingham, the main author of Section 1 of the 14th Amendment, had clarified that the delegates to the Constitutional Convention had left the care of the people uniquely to the states, not the feds.
”Simply this, that the care of the property, the liberty, and the life of the citizen, under the solemn sanction of an oath imposed by your Constitution, is in the States and not in the federal government [emphases added]. I have sought to effect no change in that respect in the Constitution of the country.” —John Bingham, Congressional. Globe. 1866, page 1292 (see top half of third column)
"From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. To forestall any suggestion to the contrary, the Tenth Amendment was adopted. The same proposition, otherwise stated, is that powers not granted are prohibited [emphasis added]." —United States v. Butler, 1936.
Repealing 16&17A will effectively "secede" ALL the states from the unconstitutionally big federal government.
Patriots need to start working with their Trump-endorsed state lawmaker candidates ASAP to repeal 16&17A.
They can start by answering their mail.
