Nick's video outlines the elements of the steal. Whoever masterminded this was clever and very smart, but not completely.
Long short:
1. A voter marks choices on a paper ballot, not knowing the ballot's calibration marks are deliberately off.
2. (Some) The paper ballots are therefore defective, and when scanned are diverted to a folder of rejected image files.
3. Replacement ballots with proper calibration marks are printed to match the rejected ballots and are rescanned successfully.
4. The voter markings of rejected ballots are 'partially' copied over to the replacement ballots.
The above steps allow for a particular candidate's votes to be altered while preserving down ballot totals.
Note in passing:
Nick mentions Heidar Garcia from Tarrant County, Texas. Garcia is elections administrator for Tarrant County. Garcia is a native Venezuelan who came from Panama where he worked 12 years for Smartmatic. Smartmatic is ultimately owned by Soros.
The content gets moderately technical for those that are trained, highly technical for the untrained. Can't fix gap in understanding yet without schematics, cartoons, everyday analogies.
But expect Nick Moseder, in concert with former Law Professor David Clements and his wife Erin (Erin is an engineer and is off the scales sharp), will in days ahead, perfect the mass media presentation to inform all Americans who are living day to day in a concerned state about our compromised, subverted election systems.
I will leave here a personal knowledge nugget. Each pdf printed paper has 'microcode' printed with it that has information regarding printer, print time, location, and other details. It requires special equipment to read the microcode.
I assert a reason that access is blocked to paper and image ballots for audits is that the embedded microcode will not match with scanned information.

This better get to Tina Peters and her peeps fast as lightning because she’s in the middle of a lawsuit to get the ballots counted and audited.
Colorado’s Griswold is the face of the fraud in that State’s elections. Tina’s primary was stolen in same manner as what’s happening with Kari Lake in AZ.
In Kari’s case, ballots are, as we speak, still remaining to be counted in Maricopa County. For God’s sake, it’s Thursday!
To summarize, altered ballots are printed to replace ballots that were printed with deliberate defects for rejection. Therefore, a recount of paper ballots will appear to match reported totals.
But the truth is the altered ballots were printed to replace defective ballots and then inserted into the ballot storage.
The fraud masterminds closed the loop. Where is the evidence? I can think of two places. I’ll hold close to the vest for now.

The Dominion voting machines in the last election were tested in front of voting machine reps and other officials,they put ballots through and the machines had a 50% adjudication rate,meaning 50 percent error rate

Switch Clements for Pulitzer and Pulitzer for Clements and your rant will be straight.
Further, ‘Clements’ refers to BOTH David and Erin. You’ll have an impossible time convincing anyone not corn-holed by Pulitzer that Erin is unknowledgeable, is a grufter, a saboteur of audits, a wolf in sheep’s clothing, who hides behind scripture.
I can guarantee you Pulitzer is nowhere near scripture as he’s his own God.
Jovan was raped as a child and is very angry and very lewd as a result. He constantly needs to stroke his own ego to feel worthy of breathing. His ex-wife can’t stand to hear his name as she knows his true nature.
The Maricopa County audit was over a year ago, and the schmuck just released written results for discussion last month. His previous reports were page after page of technical mumbo-jumbo that no one could understand.
Of course, the schmuck didn’t have the brains and courage of Erin Clements who cracked open the subject of this thread

This is a good explanation for why PDJT did so badly, i.e., lost, in some precincts/states while the down-ballot candidates kicked ass.
I think this anomaly is one of the reasons Richard Baris and other elections experts uses to confirm blatant cheating.
When I was running elections every spoiled ballot that had to be facsimiled was reviewed by a pair of people. The pair had to have one each from both major candidates’ sides. It was supposed to keep everyone honest.
It worked. The Canvassing and Facsimile Boards were professional and got the job done. But that was the ‘80s; things have changed. I can envision screaming and hair pulling now.

Problem is, as elected Mesa County Clerk, Tina did a backup of Dominion’s 2020 ballot images before they swooped in early 2021 to do their “Trusted Build” upgrade to the machines. What they really did was wipe evidence. But Tina caught them red-handed with her backup.
So what did CO SOS (Soros installed) Griswold do? She pushed to have Tina prosecuted, charged with a felony, home busted into, family terrified.
This year Tina runs for CO SOS to push Griswold out and cleanup the State’s election systems. And the GOP primary nomination is stolen from her. There is lots of very persuasive, irrefutable evidence of that steal.
Tina is a Gold Star Mom (look that up if not understood) who is very popular.
Open Society is a Soros auxiliary, on the board of Smartmatics. Those in the know see that Soros sets the tone and direction for Smartmatics and others, while making himself appear distant.
Subtle but highly effect means of fraud perpetration.

Venezuela was taken over in 2002 using Diebold machines which Soros owned, but later sold while retaining control over the software (Smartmatic).
Hugo Chavez “served” 2002-2012 as Venezuela’s “President”. He was “elected” = selected by the Soros Diebold machines. As dictator-in-chief, Chavez drove Oil-Rich Venezuela into the ground.
