I have my doubts it is. The video was about a young man rebelling against his overbearing father. Dee has four children, wonder if he should have more? Gets more and more pushy about being “Pro-Choice” as he ages. Something on his conscience? And yet he somehow keeps saying he’s a Christian and that it’s compatible with being “Pro-Choice”.
Yup. MTV ran the song and video of a kid rebelling. Just because pro-choice folks made it thier anthem doesn’t mean that was original intent. Folks take meaning a million ways. I was not aware he was a Christian. Perhaps he believes ‘all things are permissable but not all things are beneficial’?
