I’d like to see something like that in every state. No returns reported from anywhere until all vote counting is complete everywhere. Even if it took a few days (and it shouldn’t), it would be worth the wait.

Anyone leaking results to the media, or informing another precinct of returns before the official release, should do a long prison sentence.

Could mirror the format and reasoning of "sealed bids" by companies to reduce unfair advantage.
