Despite a double-digit polling lead a day before the election, Republican gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake was nearly stunned by Karrin Taylor Robson in the Arizona primary.
Lake spent the entire night clawing back from being way behind. The reason: Early voting and mail-in ballots were the first counted and Robson outperformed anyone’s wildest dreams in those arenas. In the end, in-person voting won out, delivering the victory for Lake.

Governors can appoint senators in the event of a vacancy under the terms of the 17th Amendment. But governors can’t appoint congressmen in the event of a vacancy. Such a vacancy can only be filled by an election, either a general election or a special election.

That's was the total late last night with 80% of the vote counted. And here it is 5:30 pm CDT the day after and still only 80% has been counted.
Allowing days after election day to finish the count is a major component of election fraud.
The thing is with contested and polarized primaries, a good chunk of the rank and file will stay home and a good chunk of independents will run away from “Trump” candidates.
I know the cultists here think such statements are heresy. But any political watcher can see this train wreck approaching from a distance.
By the time Kari Lake is in office the whole thing will be moot. The Democrats will have pumped out an across he board win and even Kari Lake is apt to “lose” to her Democrat opponent. Mail-in fraud and ballot harvesting are ham-handed. Tweaking the algorithm on the voting machines is much more effective and harder to show because there is no access permitted to the machines for vote audits.
