I doubt that monkeypox spreads very easily by respiratory drops or by contact with contaminated surfaces, or it would already be the new pandemic.

It fits the criteria’s. Multiple countries. Large number of people. Not sure how large number of people is defined.
Look at how it’s spreading. It’s in multiple countries. We’re already at 6000 cases in the US.
