The military is telling us these things are real yet people want more proof. Eventually I suspect those who want to see something will see something.
I also suspect the interstellar aspect is more of an assumption than reality. It would in theory be far more easier to travel inter-dimensional than via interstellar travel.
I also note that the military will absolutely not go to the next level of who or what is flying these things.

The military has different folks working on different tasks:
One team has been trying to figure out wtf is going on...
Another team is cranking out disinformation by the truckload. They have no need to know what is actually happening—it is their job to just make up %$#@.
He's a very smart guy, of course. And he's friends with a lot of folks (scientists) who have seen a lot of classified stuff re: this subject.

There is a history for this stuff that goes all the way back to the beginning of civilization.
Abraham’s family came from UR at the time that the Sumerian civilization was cracking up and going down. They were basically refugees. The Sumerians were as to the 2nd millenium bc middle eastern empires like the babylonians as the greeks were to the romans.
Sumerian myths make it look like space aliens came to earth.
In 2016 Elon Musk was interviewed in one of the Persian Gulf cities for arab television. the interviewer preambled his question about UFO’s with the observation that in his part of the world it is believed that Adam and Eve were space aliens.
We have the genetics to show that human evolution is much slower than a mere 6000 years which is the length of the jewish calendar which dates to the beginning of the sumerian civilization.
So something else —besides just space aliens landing—is going on.
Some people have suggested that what is going on is so profound that if humans knew the half of it, we would run the risk of having our very personalities destroyed/erased.
This is what happens when we learn that reality itself is not even remotely what we thought it was.
This line of thinking basically suggests that our very personalities are constructed on our perceptions of reality and do not--cannot--exist in without them (i.e., in a vacuum).
Students of the Bible will see a parallel in Luke 21:26: "Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken."
I was curious as to what it was that caused you to say "I'm changed" and what you mean by the statement "I'm changed"?
I have relatives and friends who have seen UFO’s. One has a Q clearance. They don’t go around talking to everyone about it but with close friends and family will tell you about the object they saw as a teenager along with numerous others in their small town. It was a silver cigar shaped craft that was hanging over a mountain range and slowly moving down the mountain range. It wasn’t a blimp, it was large and had no visible marking or means of propulsion.
I think parts of the military probably wants this out and the intelligence agencies want to continue the coverup. I think there are parts of the government who probably know exactly who or what is in these craft and parts with no clue. If we have craft that can do these maneuvers they instantly render the entire US military and our industrial complex as obsolete as the musket. No one would dare challenge us in a serious big war.
Clearly someone in the deep state has decided either we yell squirrel to deflect or they are trying to get in front of something that is coming they may not can control, who knows.
One possible explanation in the interview is that the role of the the non earth intelligence was to implant thoughts into the minds of human beings.
Nor does this have to happen very often.
