Yes, they "allege" a lot of things with the H2A program. It's almost entirely organic fertilizer. Crazy housing requirements, harassment frequent audits from DOL, praising wage at $16...I've argued for years to make it easier and less costly and you will solve the "illegals taking our jobs" issue.
So we pay for the housing, travel expenses, visas, blah blah, blah, AND, they pay income taxes, which I think is rude, since they cannot vote or serve in office like illegals./sarc
