I have mild to moderate allergy driven asthma which came on a couple of years ago. My pulmonary guy has gotten me down to the next lowest dose of steroid inhaler with an albuterol rescue inhaler. Some days I don’t even take the inhaler and hardly ever use the rescue inhaler. He says the goal is to get to the least amount of medication possible.
