Individual ballot at printed on the site based upon the voter’s precinct, local issues, etc. That helps keep same-day voting traceable. Voter fills it in and puts it through the scanner himself. A very clean and transparent system.
Printing ONLY ballots that are going to be cast MUST be cheaper than printing thousands of ballots & mailing costs.
