Whether Ben Shapiro is doing well or not doesn’t negate the fact that he was assaulted. That should be prosecuted, especially linked with the verbal threat made against him in the process.

I saw that video long ago. It was on TV. There was no choking or slapping as far as I could see. Up to the authorities and Ben Shapiro and the TV company to follow up on charges.
Have you charged Will Smith who assaulted Chris Rock on live TV on the Oscars yet? Or complained about it?
