As of 07-22-2022 VAERS is reporting 4,889 miscarriages in the USA.

As the claim was:

"“A majority of pregnant women who take the clot shots lose their babies”"

I'm trying to confirm that there were about 4,800 or so pregnant women who did not have miscarriages in 2021, etc.

VAERS used be updated almost everyday in the way we are being given daily China Virus reporting.

In mid 2021, the CDC found out the increased traffic to their site was going to VAERS and reduced updating the report to 10-14 days. At this same period, reported deaths went stagnate at around 14k and slowly increased to the current reported 29,790 as of 07-22-2022.
