Human to human Monkeypox was first “discovered” in a lab, will find source where I read that and post later today.

IOW, it’s another created bioweapon.

After the last case of smallpox in the world (Somalia 1978), every time a monkeypox case wandered in to a clinic in Africa, CDC went on red alert status and dispatched teams to make sure it wasn't smallpox.

This lasted for quite a while, I don't recall when it stopped.

Casual skin contact was a well-known human to human means of transmission back then, but MPOX lacks the respiratory transmission that allows smallpox epidemics to occur.
