Two children are among more than 2,500 people in the U.S. who have contracted monkeypox, according to CDC Director Rochelle Walensky, MD.
“We have seen now two cases that have occurred in children. Both of those children are traced back to individuals who come from the men who have sex with men community — the gay men community,” Dr. Walensky told The Washington Post in a live interview July 22. “And so, when we have seen those cases in children, they have generally been what I call ‘adjacent’ to the community most at risk.”
Quoting me, the “$hot$hill troll”? That’s a first.

Most people don't recall that the "monkeypox" viral infection occurred by someone who had no intimate or sexual contact with the infected individual,
but rather was a healthcare worker who merely handled the infected bed sheets, and contracted the viral disease.
This too would be an "adjacent" contact, according to Dr.Walensky .
The virus is contained in pustules, and when these pustules erupt, they release the viral load to human contact, or to incidental inanimate objects and thus can be spread, indirectly.
The fact that there is an increased spread of the monkey pox in the United States immediately following "Pride Month" is NOT just coincidental !
