The decision to drop charges is inexcusable but not unexpected.
The victim was with a group of idiots who fired paint guns at Blacks. The Blacks attacked and killed him.
Sigmund Freud used to say “It’s not who fired the gun, it’s who attracted the bullet.” And that is perfectly applicable here. Growing up in NYC in the 70s and then moving to the NJ suburbs for high school, if there is one aspect of life I learned, it is to keep as far a distance from Blacks as is humanly possible.
He’s with a group who shoots Blacks with a paintball. They react violently, essentially homicidally. The notion that this is unexpected is comical, and speaks of an absolute ignorance of biology. The “authorities “ don’t give the Blacks the proper punishment and people are surprised?
The reality in America is that we are engaged in a “race war”between human beings (Whites, Asians, Mestizos) and Blacks. The sooner we recognize this and act accordingly, the quicker the problem will end

That’s a key fact that was left out of the excerpt. As you noted. it does in no way excuse the drop in charges. This was an horrific crime. But by golly it’s part of the picture.
And it’s a lesson to folks in general. Don’t tease animals.

What are you suggesting we do to “act accordingly?” It sounds like genocide, but since you’ve decided they aren’t human I guess you wouldn’t call it that. What would you call it? A solution? A final solution? What do they call it at the leftist forum(s) where you post the screenshots? What screen name(s) do you use there?
The amount of force they used in retaliation for being hit with [a] paint ball(s), was not an appropriate response. I don't know how anyone can justify it as being involuntary manslaughter. I hope there will be some prison justice doled out to these thugs.
It's no different than the blacks who on July 5th, 2020, in Indianapolis, Indiana, argued with a young mother, her fiancé, and a friend over the alleged use of the n-word. The two groups briefly argued about it. The black group supposedly responding with "Black Lives Matter, to which Jessica Doty Whitaker responded to with "All Lives Matter." Not long after, she her fiancé and friend were walking out from under a bridge on Indianapolis' Canal Walk, and she was shot and killed by someone in the black group. Two years later, her murder is still unsolved.
