You don't like a candidate with a stuttering problem, that's fine.

But to say he's mentally deficient, has a low IQ and CTE, is more a reflection on you than it is on him.

Statistically some level of CTE is almost guaranteed based on his position and time in pads.

While it’s true I didn’t administer an IQ test, I stand by what I said. If it makes me a bad person to say I was left unimpressed by a dead eyed, inarticulate person, then I can live with that.
