Becky DeVos wrote POTUS a letter published yesterday. No date on it, but in it Devos cooly denies working against Trump backed candidates, stumps for Tudor, said Trump’s endorsement can make the difference, before signing off.
Betsy was a ghost as Ed Sec, turned back nothing, but did stall all leftist advances. Not sure she showed up in the ed department office to stamp “No”.
Betraying Trump was her only claim to fame.
I don’t want to revel in resentment of DeVos but note her betrayal of Trump and “wishy washy” approach to the serious matters related to education in this country.
I’m a great religious hypocrite so why get angry about DeVos and her shortcomings.
But I’m convinced we need stronger people than Betsy DeVos in positions of authority at this time ready to act in meaningful ways to reverse what is wrong.
