It seems to me that Indianapolis obstetrician-gynecologist Caitlin Bernard has committed a crime.
Failure to report the rape of a child is criminal.

He's been charged so now she can be as well.

Those two adults (mother and her lover) are the ones responsible for all this, but the doctor should have reported the rape BEFORE the abortion.

In MN we have Mandated Reporter status. That doctor would have been in trouble for NOT reporting the rape to the authorities. Is this just a MN policy?
