Just visited my county website to check status of my drop box primary election ballot. Good News - ballot received and counted. Not So Good News - a bold, top of the Home Page announcement..."Following the decision in State v. Blake, if you were convicted of drug possession prior to February 2021, you may be eligible to have your conviction vacated, your sentence reduced, or your court fees refunded." Bottom Line - if your drug possession was unintentional or unknowing, you walk away free and compensated for your trouble!
