It was hard to do. I don't have the software the FBI has (they have image enhancements that would sharpen up the photo too). But with what I have done, you will notice some details (white shoes, black mask, lite shade of shirt) hidden by that crap photo released by the FBI (Federal Bureau of Incompetence):
