I saw a little of the morning news, they did double down on the market story and also stated that a lab leak theory was absolutely false. It was so blatant that I immediately thought there must have been a lot of Chinese money that bought this story.
The enemy combatants aligned against the US constitutional republic are academia, Big Pharma, Big Tech, the US State Media, the democrats and their sponsors, the Chinese communists and the communists paid lackeys like Fauci and our own CDC and NIH.

The assistant democrats will likely swing the House around thanks to incompetent Biden and his moribund economy and the senate will be narrowly given back to the fossilized Mitch McConnell and his band of RINOS but it will be a lot closer than people think.
Even still, hardly anything will change. The republicans will not under any circumstances impeach Biden, the economy will continue its downward spiral, Red China will smash Taiwan and Putin will probably use tactical nuclear weapons against anyone in Europe supplying weapons to Zelensky.
Some of us have been alive long enough to know how this stupid game plays out.

Unfortunately, I think you are right. Richard Baris, a good pollster, said he is hearing that Republicans are unhappy with the GOP in Congress who have been voting for things like gun control and giving money to Ukraine and have voiced that they may jot vote or won’t vote for the Mitch McConnell type of GOP candidate. He was concerned that it’s NOT going to be a red wave and IF Republucans win the House and Senate it will be by a slim margin. He’s been on target before so I trust his assessment. It makes sense, many people are disgusted with the Romney, Liz Cheney, McConnell types. Plus McConnell is giving big money to undermine Trump endorsed candidates.
Scientist denying science is why I don’t trust science when it’s completely political or an obvious paid for opinion.
Guess I’m old school, I remember when science was always looking for answers, men were men, women were women (nothing else existed), you could trust your Doctor, hot and cold days were weather related not man made and you could hear your car when you started it.

Virologist Kristian Andersen has said an email conversation he had with Dr. Anthony Fauci in January 2020, discussing the possibility that COVID-19 was engineered, “is a clear example of the scientific process.”
Andersen runs a lab at the Scripps Research Institute that studies the genes of viruses to understand what causes outbreaks. On March 17, 2020, he and colleagues published a paper in the journal Nature Medicine that concluded COVID was not made in a laboratory or “purposefully manipulated.”
Correspondence between him and Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease, earlier in 2020 is among 3,200 pages of Fauci’s emails that have been obtained and published by BuzzFeed News following a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit. The Washington Post obtained a further 800 emails, also through the Freedom of Information Act.
