Prozac, Adderall, Ritalin, joined by "puberty blockers" these days. It was a topic very much in the news during the '90s what effect the widespread use of Ritalin on children would have on their future behavior. I think we have a good idea by now.
Might want to include legalized pot in the grouping.
Teachers tried to put my youngest on Ritalin. I was having none of it. Luckily I was the school board chair at the time and made it abundantly clear if I got wind of teachers promoting drugging kids their ongoing relationship with the district may be disrupted. The kid turned out alright I think. 23 years old making nearly 6 figures, very conservative, owns his own home with a 30x50 garage/shop on 7 acres of nice land. Not too bad for a kid the teachers wanted to keep drugged.
I know a guy who’s late 40s, actually does have ADD, takes a low dosage of Adderall; has a very successful business and makes over $650k per year. His main four employees make well over $100k.

I’m working with a 44 year old that missed critical stages of child development due to the drugs. He sounds like the green haired woman in the video.
Suffering is the only teacher that some will hear!
