It seems to me that Russia is the absolutely unacceptable regime. They should worry about reforming themselves. This is the same propaganda spouted by the old USSR. I do not want to go back as another rogue aggressive and dangerous Russian regime.

With all the captured NATO weapons/ammo in the region already, very little additional is needed for this group to become an effective fighting force.
